When will my order ship?
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Please allow 1-2 business days from placing your order for us to receive and process your order. Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
2-Day Shipping
We offer free 2-day shipping, available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders placed from outside of the contiguous United States will be subject to estimated delivery cost and timeframe as stated when choosing shipping options.
Is my package delayed?
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2-day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For additional assistance with your package, please email us at orders@lamayim.com.
Shipping Confirmations
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order which will include tracking information for your shipment so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us at orders@lamayim.com.
Using a Promotional Code
Promotional codes may not be combined. Promotional codes must be used prior to their expiration dates.
Can I change or cancel my orders?
We do not have the ability to change or modify orders. Email support@lamayim.com within 30 minutes of placing the order if you wish to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
General Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges on items eligible for refunds are accepted within 14 days of receipt and refunded to the original payment method. Items must be unworn with all original tags. To return an item follow the directions below:
U.S. Returns
Email support@lamayim.com. Use the subject line “Order #, Order Return.” In the email, please clarify which item you would like to return and the reason you are returning it. We will then send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a drop-off location as instructed. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Third-Party Returns
Purchases made from third-party retail locations or online stores other than lamayim.com may not be returned to LAMAYIM. Such purchases are subject to said the selling party’s return and exchange policies and procedures.
Refunds
Items returned after 14 days of receipt are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Email suport@lamayim.com. Include both your order number and the item you are exchanging and we will send you a return label. Once the item has been sent, we will send out the exchange.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items and approved the refund according to our return policies, as stated herein and which may be revised at any time pursuant to the Terms and Conditions hereof. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Any amounts refunded will not include shipping or restocking charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price minus the cost of a return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
